The contents of an e-mail notification can be edited. The Reply ToSubject and contents of the body of the e-mail notification can be edited to create a customized notification. To edit an e-mail notification, follow the steps given below:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with administrative privileges.
  • Click on Administration tab.
  • Click on Email Notifications under Communications section.
  • Click the Edit button on relevant email notifications to be edited.
  • Once done, click Save to save the email template.
Note: In case the settings has to be returned to the default settings, use the Restore defaults button.
