To e-mail reports to a user who is not a user in Web TimeSheet, follow the steps given below:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with administrative rights.
  • Click on Reports tab at the top.
  • Scroll down to the required report name and click on the blue icon with a tiny clock on it.
  • Under Send Report To > Other, enter the email address of the external user and hit the arrow pointing to the right to include this email in the list.
  • Once done click on Add to save the new Report Schedule.
  • You can access this report under Setup > Report Schedules on the left pane of the reports page, if you wish to make changes in the future.
