The standard Month view in the Shared Time Off Calendar displays the users who have taken time offs for the month. If many people have taken time offs on a given day, the monthly time off view can only show up to four users' name. The remaining user names can be seen by clicking on the drop-down arrow in the Yellow box.

Upon clicking the Yellow button for a day when lot of users have taken time off, the specific day's data would only be displayed reverting the time off calendar to a Day view. Users can also use the Week view to see more users who have taken time off on a given day in that week.
