Why supervisors are unable to view the Total Hours recorded for the timesheet period during approval?

When the Supervisor receives a Timesheet for approval, he will not be able to see the Total hours for the Timesheet period if 'Total Hours' is not enabled under settings. To enable Total hours to show up on the Approval screen against each TimeSheet waiting for Approval, follow the steps given below:

  • Log in as the Supervisor.
  • Click on the Approvals tab from the top menu.
  • In the Waiting TimeSheet Approval screen click on Settings, which is located along with the Approve and the Reject buttons.
  • Enable Total Hours and click Save.
