To change the internal e-mail address of an external user, follow the steps given below:

  • Log in to Web TimeSheet with administrative privileges.
  • Click on Administration in the top menu bar.
  • Select Users from the left pane, under the Users/Departments.
  • Click on the tab External Users.
  • Under Clients, click on the Client to whom the External user is assigned currently.
  • Double click on the user so that we can view the Edit External User screen.
  • In the Edit External User screen, type the e-mail address in the Internal E-mail Address field.
  • Click on Save.
