In Web TimeSheet there are instances when customers who have been using both editions Time & Attendance and Project & Billing modules will get an option to allow users to enter time without selecting a project. However, once they switch to Project & Billing edition i.e discontinue Time & Attendance then only this option will no longer be available, the reason for this is that the users can only enter time against projects or tasks. The option under permissions Without requiring a project to be selected is a drop down item available only when Project and Billing Module is used together with Time and Attendance Module.
