To edit the top-level department (named Company, by default), follow the steps given below:
  • Login as an administrator.
  • Click on the Administration tab on the top menu.
  • Click Departments under Users/Departments on the left side menu.
  • Enable the Include sub-departments option.
  • Select the top-level department. By default it is Company.
  • The top-level department will be listed and available for editing in the Sub Departments section.
  • Click on the Edit icon to rename the department on the Edit Department screen.
