Symptoms:
Holiday time does not auto-populate on timesheet for few users.

Cause:
Either the time off type selected for Holiday under Time Off Setup is not enabled for the users under their user profiles or the Time and Attendance license seat is not assigned to those users.

Resolution:

  • Enable Time and Attendance license seat for the user, under the user's profile.
  • Enable the Time Off  type in the user profile which was selected to auto-populate hours on timesheet.

To verify if Time and Attendance license seat and the Time Off type in enabled in the user profile, follow the steps given below:

  • Select Administration from the top menu.
  • Select Shortcuts > Users from the side menu.
  • Click the Edit User icon next to the user you want to edit.
  • In the Access tab, scroll down to the bottom and verify if the there is a checkmark beside Time and Attendance in the Seat Assignment section.
  • Select the Time Off tab.
  • Enable the Allowed check box for the Time Off type that you want the user to have access to.
  • When you have completed all changes to the user's profile.
  • Click Save.
