Summary:
The Show submitted time, Show time off and Show holidays are grayed out under User Schedules in Web Schedules.

Cause:
These information are displayed on the User Schedules Calendar only when it is set to Bars display. These options are not available when the User Schedule is set to Text' display.

Resolution:
Set the User Schedules Calender display to Bars for the following information Show submitted time, Show time off and Show holidays to be available for selection.
