There are two possible reasons for the issue to occur:

  • The temporary files and cache have not been cleared.
  1. Click on Tools drop down list from the browser.
  2. Internet Options pop-up window opens.
  3. Click on the Delete button to clear temporary files.
  • The screen resolution has been changed.
  1. Right click on an empty space on the desktop of your computer.
  2. Click Properties.
  3. Select the Settings tab.
  4. Click on Advanced and change the DPI settings to 96.
