To update project team information using the Integration Manager for Microsoft Project, the Update Project Team option must be enabled in the Advanced Settings section in the Select Data to Transfer tab. You may choose to transfer one of the following:

  • Only the resources for a project team – the project team members will be created in the Web TimeSheet User list.
  • The resources and their task assignments – the project team members will be created in the Web TimeSheet User list and they will be assigned to the appropriate project/task.

Note: If you enable this option, you must specify the name format in the Resource Name Mapping field.
