When you are creating client invoices using the Quick Books Integration Manager,an invoice will be created for each project you transfer from Web TimeSheet to Quick Books. If both Client and Project are mapped from Web TimeSheet, one invoice will be created for each project associated with that customer. If Project is not mapped, one invoice is created for each client.

You can see the total billed amount for the invoice in the Customer:Job section displayed next to the client or the project name in Quick Books. Please see below print-screen :

The Customer: Job section does not split the invoice between jobs. So if you want to check the amount billed for individual jobs, it will not be possible to see them directly under the customer:jobs section. This is a standard behavior of the QuickBooks application.

Note: You can open the invoice to see the amount billed for individual tasks and sub-tasks.
