User is not able to generate a new Expense Sheet or view the Historical ones when she uses Internet Explorer 9. This issue is caused due to the high security feature in Internet Explorer 9. Issue is not seen in any other browser. But some companies don't allow users to install any other browser.


  • In Internet Explorer navigate to Tools -> Internet Options.
  • Click on Security Tab.
  • In this window towards the lower-middle of the screen there is a check box to enable Protected Mode.
  • Uncheck this box, close Internet Explorer and re-open it.
  • This will resolve the issue.
