Symptoms:
A user has been provided with access to certain reports, but the user when logged in is unable to see the Reports icon. This problem could occur if the user's permission did not have a check mark next to Reporting functions.
 
Resolution:  
  • Login as an Administrator 
  • Click on Administration icon
  • Click on Permissions on the side menu
  • In the list of permissions, edit the permission assigned to the user
  • Click on Reports tab
  • Under Reports, check the Reporting Functions option
  • Click Save.
