1. Log into Web TimeSheet as the administrator or project leader/project manager.
2. Click the Projects icon at the top menu bar.
3. Click the Edit button (represented by a notepad and pencil icon) next to the project for which the billing status need to be changed.

4. Navigate to the Project Structure section on the Project page.
5. Click the parent task level or sub-task level hyperlink.
6. On the Edit Project page, navigate to the Billing Status section.
7. This section has the following status – Billable, Non-billable & Both.
8. Choose on the options and click Save at the bottom.
 
Note: This changes the billing status of only the selected project level or task level or sub-task level; the choice is not cascaded down to the entire project structure or hierarchy.
