Power User:
A power user as the name suggests is user who has a higher level of permission. They will have extensive access unlike an administrator. These are the users who will be using the application extensively to modify, add, and make changes to all the resources and so on. Examples of power user are Admin, HR Admin, Project Manager, Supervisor.

Limited User:
A limited user as the name suggests, is a user with limited access or permission. These users will have will have access to edit their own skills, view their own calendar and person time off. These are users who will not be logging in very often but will have to access to Web Resource. Any user apart from the power users like the Admin, HR Admin, Project Manager, Supervisor is considered to be a limited user on Web Resource.
