Why ‘Progress bar’ is not available on timesheet even though ‘Show task progress in timesheet’ enabled?

Issue:
Progress bar is not available on timesheet even though 'Show task progress in timesheet' enabled in the user’s permissions

Resolution:
Progress bar will appear on timesheet only for the Project/task to which the estimated hours are assigned.
