Error "Sys.InvalidOperationException: Could not find UpdatePanel with ID 'ctl09'. If it is being updated dynamically then it must be inside another UpdatePanel."
Deleting browsing history should resolve this issue. Please follow the below mentioned instructions to delete the browsing history. To Clear Cache, Cookies and Temporary Internet files on Internet Explorer 8.0:
- Click on Tools menu at the top.
- Select Internet Options (you are now on General tab)
- Click 'Delete' under second section 'Browsing History'
- You will now see Delete Browsing History screen.
- Check Temporary Internet files, Cookies and History and then hit on delete.
- Click 'Ok' and then restart the browser to access web pages.
To clear Cache, Cookies and Temporary Internet files on Firefox:
- At the top of the Firefox window, click the Firefox button, go over to the History menu and select Clear Recent History…
- (For Windows XP: At the top of the Firefox window, click the Tools menu and select Clear Recent History…)
- Select how much history you want to clear:
- Click the drop-down menu next to Time range to clear to choose how much of your history Firefox will clear.
- Next, click the arrow next to Details to select exactly what information will get cleared.
- Finally, click the Clear Now button and the window will close and the items you've selected will be cleared.
