Error "Sys.InvalidOperationException: Could not find UpdatePanel with ID 'ctl09'. If it is being updated dynamically then it must be inside another UpdatePanel."

Resolution:
Deleting browsing history should resolve this issue. Please follow the below mentioned instructions to delete the browsing history. To Clear Cache, Cookies and Temporary Internet files on Internet Explorer 8.0:

  • Click on Tools menu at the top.
  • Select Internet Options (you are now on General tab)
  • Click 'Delete' under second section 'Browsing History'
  • You will now see Delete Browsing History screen.
  • Check Temporary Internet files, Cookies and History and then hit on delete.
  • Click 'Ok' and then restart the browser to access web pages.

To clear Cache, Cookies and Temporary Internet files on Firefox:

  • At the top of the Firefox window, click the Firefox button, go over to the History menu and select Clear Recent History…
  • (For Windows XP: At the top of the Firefox window, click the Tools menu and select Clear Recent History…)
  • Select how much history you want to clear:
  • Click the drop-down menu next to Time range to clear to choose how much of your history Firefox will clear.
  • Next, click the arrow next to Details to select exactly what information will get cleared.
  • Finally, click the Clear Now button and the window will close and the items you've selected will be cleared.
