This problem happens when the calendar is being imported to Google Calendar and the time zone settings are not setup correctly in Google.

The file exported by Web Timesheet is valid and contains the correct dates and times, however due to the time zone difference, Google Calendar incorrectly decides that your calendar entries should be adjusted for your Calendar's time zone.

Google's Online Help Documentation States:

If you imported events into Google Calendar and they display at the wrong times, please verify that the time zones in your Google Calendar settings and in the original calendar application are the same.

You can check your Google Calendar time zone settings by following these steps:

1. Click "Settings" at the top of any Google Calendar page.
2. Select the "General" tab if necessary.
3. In the "Your current time zone" section, select your time zone.
4. Click "Save".

Note: Some calendar applications don't export their calendars with time zone information. If this is the case and your Google Calendar is in a different time zone than the calendar you're importing, this may result in your events not showing up in your current time zone. If you've adjusted your time zone settings, please export your file again and re-import it into Google Calendar.
