Issue:
When Web TimeSheet admin tries to modify user’s expense sheet, it throws below error message;

Error: Unable to Save Expense sheet.

You are not able to save an expense sheet with a project.

Cause:
This is most likely Web TimeSheet admin trying to edit user’s expense sheet from Historical Expenses page whose profile is disabled and Project and Billing, Web Expense seat assignments was not selected in the disabled profile.

Solution:
Enable the user profile.

Make sure Project and Billing and Web expense seat assignments is enabled in the profile.

Disable the profile once done with required modifications on the user’s expense sheet.
