This error shows up when transferring time from Web TimeSheet to QuickBooks.
This happens when the timesheet period is earlier than the closing date set in QuickBooks.
To have the time transferred for this condition, follow the steps below.
* In QuickBooks, click on Edit and the click on Preferences.
* In the Side menu select "Accounting"
* Click on Company Preferences tab.
* In the closing date section click on "Set Date/Password" button.
* Change the closing date to a date prior to the time period being transferred.

* Click on OK.
