This usually occurs if the Web TimeSheet application has two instances of Web Resource integrating with it. This can occur if you have reinstalled the application on a new server or migrated it to our hosted services as well. Perform the steps below to delete both the instances of Web Resource integrations and then integrate the current Web Resource with Web TimeSheet.

 
– Log into Web TimeSheet with the appropriate permissions.
 
– Click on the Integration icon on the top menu.
 
– Click on Integration setup on the left hand menu.
 
– Delete all instances of Web Resource on this page.
 
Once this is done you can integrate Web Resource with Web TimeSheet.
