1. Log into Web TimeSheet as the administrator or as a user who has privileges to add reports to Web TimeSheet.
  2. Click the Reports icon at the top menu bar.
  3. Select Add Report from the left pane, under the Setup category.
  4. In the Basic Information section, fill in the Report Name, Description and choose the Folder to save the new report.
  5. In the Report Access Level section, choose if the report is a Private Report or Public Report.
  6. In the Template to Base Report On section, choose the required report template.
  7. Once the template to chosen, the report settings section appears at the bottom of the screen.
  8. Select the Buttons tab.
  9. Uncheck the Settings option.
  10. Click Save at the bottom.
Note: This is useful when assigning public reports to other users and restricting them from accessing the report settings even though they can edit the settings on other reports in Web TimeSheet.
