Why am I not able to reset password for a user even though I’ve logged in as Administrator?

'Administrator' is a 'Super user' on 'Web TimeSheet' application. You will be able to reset password for other employees when logged in as 'Administrator', provided the authentication type is set to 'Web TimeSheet Internal'
Please follow the steps below to check the 'Authentication Type' selected on the user's profile.
– Login as Administrator.
– Click on Administration Icon at the top
– Double click on the user's profile to reset the password.
– Look for Authentication type under the access tab.
– If the Authentication type is other than Web TimeSheet Internal (You will not be able to reset the password,
because the user is set to login with his Windows NT password)
