When a user clicks on the collapse menu button, the system does not respond.

This usually is a browser related issue, could be caused due to corrupt cookies or even add-ons or even a browser corruption.

The following options should resolve the issue:

  • Clear cache, cookies and temporary Internet Files.
  • Close and reopen the browser and access Web TimeSheet.
  • If this does not fix the issue,
  • Try Internet Explorer with no Add-Ons.
  • Alternatively access Web TimeSheet using another browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
  • If the collapse button works on another browser, then Internet explorer may have require and reset, a re-install or upgrade.
  • Try resetting Internet Explorer.
  • If issue persists, re-install Internet Explorer or upgrade to latest version.
