Password expires ‘Weekly’, although ‘Password expiry period’ was set to ‘Quarterly’

ISSUE :
Web Timesheet prompts for Password Change every 2-3 weeks although the Policy is set for Quarterly change.

SOLUTION / REASON :
This is happening because the Quarterly password change policy will come into effect only after the weekly password change has been made if the Password expiry period was set to 'Weekly' previously. For example, if a user was set to 'Weekly Password change' and later changed to Quarterly, this effect happens after the next weekly password change is done.
