CONDITION:

  • If a user works for Standard hours 40 hours a week, then his utilization is 100%.
  • If he works 32 hours in a week, out of the 40 hours standard but has taken one day off ie.8 hours = 32/(40 – 8) then 100% Utilization (holiday is allowed).
  • If he works 16 hours in a week, out of the 40 standard but has taken no day off, then his utilization is 16/40 = 40%
  • If he works 16 hours in a week, out of the 40 standard but has taken one day off ie.8 hours = 16/(40 – 8) hours then his utilization is 50%
  • If the user works 50 hours in a week, then the utilization is 50/40 = 125%

  • For Weekly Reports:
((BillableHours +  NonBillableHours) / (TotalPeriodWorkDayHours – TimeOffHours)) * 100
  • For Monthly Reports:
((BillableHours +  NonBillableHours) / (TotalMonthWorkDayHours – TimeOffHours)) * 100
