Any changes made to a timecard are recorded in the timecard's audit trail. The audit trail includes information on who made the change, when it was made, and the reason for the change.
To view the audit trail, select the Show Audit Trail button within the timecard. The table in the lower portion of the timecard will be expanded to show the history of each entry, in addition to its current values.
You cannot edit or delete timecard entries when viewing the audit trail. To display the current values again, select the Hide Audit Trail button.
The Timecard Audit Trail report provides the change history for multiple timecards at once.
