The following message occurs when resetting password using the Forgot your Password? feature on the login page of Web TimeSheet.
"An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. If the problem persists please contact Replicon support. Sorry for the inconvenience."
If Web TimeSheet application is hosted at Replicon then it is possible to reset your password using Forgot you Password? link available on Replicon website. It is possible to reset only if authentication type in Web TimeSheet is set to Web TimeSheet internal. If you use SAML authentication then it is not possible to reset the password using Forgot your Password? link.
Forgot Password link on Replicon website is meant for users whose authentication type set to Web TimeSheet Internal Authentication not SAML in Web TimeSheet. If your authentication type set to SAML then contact Web TimeSheet admin or IT team to reset Active Directory password and then try access Web TimeSheet using new password.
