Scenario:
User has submitted the timesheet for the timesheet period 21st July to 27th July on the 28th July and got it approved on the 1st of August. But the user is still receiving timesheet overdue email notification for the same timesheet period.

Cause:
The user's email address is associated to an active Test account or any other active account.
 
Resolution:
  • Login as the Web TimeSheet admin.
  • Go to the Users.
  • In the search box, type in the email address of the user and click on search.
  • It will show the accounts which have this email address associated with.
  • Select the User profile which is not of the user's and click on edit.
  • Remove the email address from this account and disable the login if required.
  • Delete the timesheet of this account from the Historical TimeSheets if required.
