When a TimeOff is booked, it is associated with the user’s current department. If there is a change in user's department, the Time Offs booked prior to the department change would still show up under the old Department in TimeOff Calendar. If a past TimeOff booking is reopened, edited and resubmitted, it would appear in the new Department.

To reopen and resubmit the Time Off Bookings, follow the steps given below:

  • Go to Historical Time Off under Administration.
  • Click on edit next to the appropriate time off booking.
  • Click on Edit.
  • Click on Submit Changes.
  • Approve it, if it was already approved.
