Administrators have the ability to track every action performed on the timesheet from Historical Timesheets. A comment box prompt appears when they submit, approve, reject, or reopen timesheets from the Historical Timesheets section. To enable this feature, assign administrators the Prompt for Comments sub-permission under the administrator's permission profile. With this permission enabled, administrators will be prompted to enter comments, although they will not be required to do so to complete the action.
