To transfer the time recorded by Contract Employees to QuickBooks, follow the steps given below:

  • The Contract Employee (User in Web TimeSheet) is created in QuickBooks as Vendor with the same first and last name.
  • Clint in Web TimeSheet is created as Customer in QuickBooks.
  • The Project in Web TimeSheet is created in QuickBooks under the same Customer.

Note: You will only be able to transfer time entries for billing purpose and not for payroll.
