To assign a supervisor to a group of users all at once, instead of assigning them one user by user, follow the below steps:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet as the administrator.
  • Click Administration at the top menu.
  • Select Users under Shortcut in the left side pane. The List Users page appears.
  • Check the box next to Include sub-departments and all the users in Web TimeSheet appears.
  • Hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard and select the specific users from the list of users.
  • Click the Edit button at the bottom.
  • Select the Advanced tab.
  • Click Add Supervisor and add the supervisor.
  • Click Done.
  • Click Save at the bottom.
