Currently in Web TimeSheet, there are no audit features available for the user profile. We currently have a audit trail report only for the timesheets. However, the changes done to the user profile can be controlled by providing user profile access to limited numbers of users by creating a permission with limited access. To create a new permission, follow the steps given below:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with administrative rights.
  • Click on Administration icon at the top.
  • On the left side pane, under Users/Departments click on Permissions.
  • Click Add, fill in a new Name, Description and put a check mark against Enabled.
  • Select all the required permission except for the UserView, Edit, Add, Delete & PermissionView, Edit, Add, Delete and select Save.
