The timesheet is not getting generated for the present timesheet period as well as the future timesheet periods. The DCAA compliance has been enabled. However the timesheets for the past timesheet periods are getting generated successfully. 

In order to resolve this issue the DCAA compliance has to be disabled and then the timesheets that are not getting generated have to be deleted from historical timesheets. After deleting the timesheets the DCAA compliance has to be enabled again.

Note: Deleting a timesheet is a permanent action and leads to data loss of saved information. Hence, print the timesheets before deleting them.

1) In order to disable the DCAA compliance follow these steps:
  • Log into the Web TimeSheet as the Administrator.
  • Click on the Administrator icon.
  • In the System section click on System Preferences.
  • Then click on the DCAA Compliance tab in the System Preferences page.
  • Then uncheck the Enable DCAA Compliance.
  • Click on Save.
2) Take a print out of the timesheet(s)

  • Prior to deleting the timesheet(s), run the TimeSheet List report.
  • Go to Reports and under Time Reports, run TimeSheet List
  • This report will show a printable version of the affected timesheet(s)
  • Take a print out so that the user can re-add the hours after the timesheet is regenerated.

3) In order to delete the timesheet(s) from historical timesheets follow these steps:

  • Log in to the Web TimeSheet as the Administrator.
  • Click on the Administration icon.
  • Then click on Historical TimeSheets in the Shortcuts.
  • In the Historical Timesheets page search for the timesheet(s) by making use of the User, Timesheet Period, Department and Approval Status filters.
  • Put a check mark next to the timesheet(s) and then click on Delete.
4) In order to enable the DCAA compliance follow these steps:

  • Log into the Web TimeSheet as the Administrator.
  • Click on the Administrator icon.
  • In the System section click on System Preferences.
  • Then click on the DCAA Compliance tab in the System Preferences page.
  • Put a check mark next to Enable DCAA Compliance.
  • Click on Save.
5) Log in as the user(s) and generate the timesheet(s) and enter the data in them making use of the printouts taken earlier.
