The Remote Administration option is unavailable by default and has to be enabled under the administrator's permission profile. To enable Remote Administration, follow the steps given below:
  • Login as administrator.
  • Select the Administration tab from the top menu bar.
  • Select Permissions from the left pane, under Users/Departments.
  • Edit the Administrator permission profile that is assigned to the Web TimeSheet administrator.
  • Expand the Administration category, under the Edit Permission page.
  • Put a checkmark beside Grant Remote Administration.
  • Click Save.
  • After performing the above steps, select Remote Administration from the left pane, under the System category.
