The Remote Administration option is unavailable by default and has to be enabled under the administrator's permission profile. To enable Remote Administration, follow the steps given below:

Login as administrator.

Select the Administration tab from the top menu bar.

Select Permissions from the left pane, under Users/Departments.

Edit the Administrator permission profile that is assigned to the Web TimeSheet administrator.

Expand the Administration category, under the Edit Permission page.

Put a checkmark beside Grant Remote Administration.

Click Save.

After performing the above steps, select Remote Administration from the left pane, under the System category.
