To enable error log for support, follow the steps from below:

  • Launch QuickBooks Integration Manager.
  • Click on Options under Manage Preferences in let side navigation panel.
  • Place a check mark for Log error messages for support under Trouble Shooting on the right side screen.

Enable this option to allow detailed information regarding the progress of the transfer to be logged. This information may be used by Replicon Support Specialists to help identify and resolve issues, and will be saved in a file separate from the standard log files. The Standard, Warning, and Error log information are available for the user to view any time. To view these information, select the links in the View Log Files at the left side menu.
