To schedule reports to managers, clients, accountants or to anyone who is not a user in Web TimeSheet, follow the steps given below:

  • In the reports page, click on Report Schedules.
  • Among the listed schedules, double click on the schedule (or click on the edit button beside it) you would like to set up.
  • In the Send Report To section, locate 'Other' located below the internal email address list.
  • In the Other field type the email address (not part of internal address) to which the report has to be sent.
  • Click on the right arrow to add the address to receivers list on the right side.
  • Click on the Save button at the bottom to save the settings.
