To report on the total time off hours taken by users in a month, follow the steps given below:

  • Select Reports from the top menu bar.
  • Select Timesheet Detail report from the left pane, under the Time Reports category.
  • Click Settings and choose the Time Off Hours field and the Month (Submitted On) field from the Columns tab.
  • Select the Grouping tab and ensure that the column grouping is by Month (Submitted On) field.
  • Click Save & Run Report button.
