The Use Weekly Timesheet option is available in QuickBooks, only if Time Tracking is enabled in QuickBooks. It is mandatory to enable this option in order to transfer time data from Web TimeSheet to QuickBooks. A weekly timesheet option in QuickBooks shows the time entered by a person against number of activities for any number of jobs within a seven days period.

To enable time tracking feature in QuickBooks, follow the steps given below:

  • Log into QuickBooks as the administrator.
  • Select the Edit from the top menu bar.
  • Select Preferences from the drop-down menu.
  • Select Time Tracking from the side menu.
  • Select Yes under the Company Preferences to track time.
