Web TimeSheet administrator wants to grant project leaders access to the historical timesheets. They need to have permissions to submit, reopen, approve, reject, edit and enter comments on making changes to the timesheets.

In order to do this you will need to edit the project leader or project manager permission, which ever is assigned to the project leaders in your Web TimeSheet instance. Enable the historical timesheet permission. In order to do this you will need to follow these steps:

  • Log into the Web TimeSheet as an administrator.
  • Click on the Administration tab.
  • Then click on Permissions in the Users/Departments section.
  • In the Permissions screen, click on the Edit icon next to Project Leader or Project Manager permission.
  • Then in the Edit Permissions screen, expand the Administration section in the System tab.
  • Locate Historical Timesheets section and put a check mark next to Submit, Reopen, Approve, Reject, Edit and Comments Required.
  • Click Save.

Note: This will provide the project leader the ability to review all the TimeSheets and time hours irrespective of the project selected in the TimeSheet.
