To report only on enabled time off types, follow the steps given below:

  • Log into the Web TimeSheet as the administrator.
  • Select the Reports tab at the top menu bar.
  • Then click on the Time Off report that you are trying to run (Ex: Time Off Details).
  • Click on Settings.
  • In the Edit Report window click on the Filters tab and check if Time Off Type filter is enabled. If it is not enabled put a check mark next to it to enable it.
  • Then click on Save.
  • If the Time Off Type filter is already enabled then click on the filter at the top of the report.
  • In the drop down box un-check any time off type that has disabled mentioned next to it.
  • Then Run the report.
