The following error message occurs when generating the timesheet in Web TimeSheet,
"Web TimeSheet encountered error while processing your request. Please attempt whatever you were doing again. If the problem persists contact your system administrator. Sorry for the inconvenience."


This usually happens when the user’s permission does not have the option Submit time off booking enabled.
If Holiday auto-populate is set up for the timesheet, the option Booking required may be enabled for the time off type which is being auto-populated. This setting will conflict with the setting explained earlier, i.e., Submit time off booking disabled in the user’s permission, hence the error message.

Both Submit time off booking (in the user’s permission) option and Booking required (in the time off type’s settings) option should be enabled or disabled.

If any one of the options mentioned in the resolution is enabled and the other disabled, then the error would show up.
