How do I set the time off type for holidays, and enable the automatic pre-population of holiday time off?

To change the time off type used to book holidays:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet as an Administrator.
  • Click Administration from the top menu.
  • Select Time Off Types under Time Off Setup from the side menu.
  • Click the edit  icon beside Time Off Type for Holidays is. If this option is set to <None>, holiday hours will not be pre-populated, even if the pre-populate option is enabled.
  • Select the new time off type from the drop-down list that displays.
  • If you would like holiday time to display on the users' timesheets, Enable the Populate holiday time on the timesheet option.
  • Select Save.
  • In the user's profile select the correct Holiday Calendar.
