Applies To: Web TimeSheet 8.2 and higher.

The Timesheet Detail or the Timesheet Hours Details report in Web TimeSheet can be used to display both time data and time off data in the same report.

To run the timesheet detail report, follow the steps given below:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet as the user.
  • Select the Reports tab at the top menu bar. The Select a Report page appears.
  • Select the Timesheet Detail report from this page, under the Time Reports category.
  • Click Settings on the Timesheet Detail report page. The Edit Report page appears.
  • From the Columns tab, select Entry Date, User Name, Billable Hrs and Non-billable Hrs columns.
  • Also, check off Time Off Hrs column and the Time Off Type column.
  • Click Save & Run Report button at the bottom of the page.
