Replicon Web TimeSheet is permission driven application.  Employees can be restricted or granted access to the features by enabling specific permission on their account.  Follow the instructions below to enable Offline TimeSheet:

  • Login as Administrator.
  • Identify the Permission assigned to the Individual on the application by double clicking the employee profile.
  • Click on Permission on the left pane under User/Department section.
  • Select the permission to be modified (Example: None Exempt Time and TimeOff)
  • Expand Timesheet option
  • Check Offline Timesheets
  • Click Save to apply changes.

Note:  The Offline TimeSheet works with Standard TimeSheet format.  This feature does not work if TimeSheet format is set to In/Out or Locked In/Out format.
