Scenario:
Web TimeSheet administrator wants to change the timesheet format from Locked In-Out to In-Out timesheet format.

Resolution:
In order to do this you will need to check the permission assigned to the user(s). Then you will need to edit the permission and in it you will need to change the timesheet format from Locked In-Out to In-Out. You will need to follow these steps:

  • Log into the Web TimeSheet as an Administrator.
  • Click on the Administration tab in the top menu.
  • Then click on Users either in the Shortcuts section or in the Users/Departments section.
  • Then edit the user(s) profile and in the Access tab make a note of the Permission assigned to the user(s).
  • Click on Permissions in the Users/Departments section.
  • Click on the Edit icon next to the name of the permission.
  • In the Edit Permissions screen expand the  Timesheet section in the  System tab by clicking on Expand Tree.
  • Click on the drop down box next to Use Timesheet and select In-Out. 
  • Then click on Save.
