How do I hide a user defined field from everyone?

In Web TimeSheet when a UDF is created it is possible for an admin to hide it so that no one is able to make any entries against it. To do this follow these steps:-
- Log into Web TimeSheet with administrative rights.
- Click on Administration icon at the top.
- On the left side pane, under Users/Departments click on User Defined Fields.
- Select the appropriate tab.

Click on the edit
button beside the User Defined Field you are trying to edit.
- Put a check mark against Hidden.
- Click on Save.
