In Web TimeSheet when a UDF is created it is possible for an admin to hide it so that no one is able to make any entries against it. To do this follow these steps:-

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with administrative rights.
  • Click on Administration icon at the top.
  • On the left side pane, under Users/Departments click on User Defined Fields.
  • Select the appropriate tab.
  • Click on the edit  button beside the User Defined Field you are trying to edit.



  • Put a check mark against Hidden.



  • Click on Save.
