To grant access to a specific report for a specific user, please follow the below mentioned steps:
 
Step 1: Create a new permission.
  • Login to Web TimeSheet as an administrator.
  • Click on the Administration tab in the top menu.
  • Click on Permission under User/Departments.
  • Click on Add to add a new permission.
  • Base it on All Reports
  • Click on Save
Step 2: Changing a private report to public.
  • Login to Web TimeSheet with administrative privileges
  • Click on the Reports tab from the top menu.
  • Click on the private report.
  • Click on Save As
  • Check the box next to Public in the Save Report As window
  • Check the box next to the new permission from the list below.
  • Click on Save in the Save Report As screen.
Step 3: Un-assigning the existing and assigning the new permission.
  • Login to Web TimeSheet with administrative privileges
  • Click on the Administration tab from the top menu.
  • Click on Users under Shortcuts.
  • Click the Edit button next to the user.
  • Uncheck the box next to All Report
  • Check the box next to the new permission created.
  • Click on Save.
